- Responsible for making sure you complete all necessary duties from the previous consultation before moving on to the next patients, keeping your time limit to the allocated appointment time templated.
- Convert as many patients as possible into same day starts as SDS are part of our culture. If a patient cannot start same day, then it is your responsibility to schedule their next appointment before they leave the office!

Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for seeing every consultation in your assigned column throughout the day. These consultations may vary between New Patient Exams, Observations, Conferences, Treatment Summaries, Re-Treat Exams, and Re-Exams.
- Responsible for making sure you complete all necessary duties from the previous consultation before moving on to the next patients, keeping your time limit to the allocated appointment time templated.
- Convert as many patients as possible into same day starts as SDS are part of our culture. If a patient cannot start same day, then it is your responsibility to schedule their next appointment before they leave the office!
- Must have a knowledge and understanding of all orthodontic appliances and procedures recommended throughout treatment. (Expanders, Bracket Types, Extractions/Exposures, Bite Correctors, Interproximal Reduction, etc.)
- Responsible for documenting all details from the consultations in the patient's chart.
- Responsible for writing up and reviewing financial arrangements, proposals and autopayments as well as taking down payments for your same day starts. You must be comfortable discussing/handling money and be very detailed when taking payments and what the terms cover prior to receiving final signatures from the responsible party.
